Minerva Metrics Help Center

Find answers, guides, and support resources for all your collaboration needs.

1. Getting Started

How do I register my agency?

Click the "Get Started" button and fill out the registration form. You will need to provide basic agency details, contact information, and a brief overview of your expertise. All agencies are subject to a quick vetting process to maintain network quality.

What is the vetting process?

Our team reviews your application, focusing on your stated expertise, portfolio, and compliance history. This usually takes 24-48 hours. Once approved, you gain full access to the marketplace.

2. How Collaboration Works

What types of projects can I post?

You can post projects for overflow work, specialized tasks (e.g., TikTok Ads, advanced SEO), shared account management, or joint ventures. The platform supports all types of agency-to-agency collaboration.

How is payment handled?

Minerva Metrics Hub currently facilitates the connection and contract agreement. Payment terms are agreed upon directly between the posting and responding agencies. We recommend using a secure escrow service for large projects.

3. Posting Projects

What information should I include in a project post?

Be as detailed as possible: project scope, required expertise (e.g., platforms, skills), budget range, and deadline. Clarity attracts the best partners.

Are there limits to how many projects I can post?

Yes, limits depend on your subscription tier. Free tier agencies can post 1 project per month, while Pro and Premium tiers have unlimited posting. See the Subscription Tiers Explained section for details.

4. Responding to Opportunities

How do I submit a response?

On the project detail page, click "Submit Response." You will provide a brief message outlining your approach, relevant experience, and contact details.

Can I see who posted the project?

Project posters remain anonymous until they choose to engage with a response, protecting their client confidentiality.

5. Reviews & Reputation

How does the rating system work?

Agencies can rate each other (1-5 stars) after a project is completed. Your overall rating is an average of all reviews received and is crucial for attracting new partners.

What are badges?

Badges are awarded for achieving milestones, such as "Elite Partner" (Premium tier) or "Top Rated" (4.5+ stars). They visually confirm your status and expertise.

6. Subscription Tiers Explained

What is the difference between Free, Pro, and Premium?

**Free** is for testing the platform (1 project/month, 5 responses/month). **Pro** offers unlimited projects and responses. **Premium** includes all Pro features plus priority listing and the Elite Partner badge.
