Welcome to Minerva Metrics Hub, operated by Minerva Metrics Pte. Ltd. ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account or using the Hub, you confirm that you are a legitimate, registered business entity (marketing agency) and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Hub.

2. Eligibility and Verification

The Hub is exclusively for established marketing agencies. We reserve the right to approve or reject any registration at our sole discretion. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration and verification process.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Hub for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent project requests or responses.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person or agency.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Hub's systems or data.

4. Collaboration and Projects

The Hub acts solely as a platform to connect agencies. We are not a party to any agreement or contract between agencies. You are solely responsible for:

  • Vetting your chosen partners beyond the Hub's verification.
  • Negotiating and executing all contracts, NDAs, and payment terms.
  • The quality and legality of the work performed.

5. Subscription and Payment

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription (Pro or Premium). You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and can be canceled at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach the Terms, including but not limited to providing false information or engaging in fraudulent activity.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Hub is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Hub will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
